I was able to picture your difficulties in my head and felt relieved when you shared how you have adjusted. That was a beautiful piece, Ruth. VERY beautiful.

hi ruth! i enjoyed your piece very much. it’s a detailed and insightful peek of what life is like for a pinay expat. i’m sure that was just a tip of the iceberg, but it sure opened my eyes a bit on what moving to a whole new country entails!
congrats! we want more! :o)

hi ruth. i liked your article. really. sabi na nga ng iba, maganda, brilliant, insightful. di ako makaka-contribute… magiging redundant na ako sa ‘yo. hehehe as in, ganyan din nararamdaman ko for the most part. asawa ko rin is doing his phd, i want a job na hindi back-breaking and soul-testing. kaya know that i support you in spirit. very much! ingat.

catsudon: bigyan na lang kaya kita ng €9.99? pero ikaw bayad ng stop-over to frankfurt, hehe…
thanks, svelte. i didn’t realize we have much in common. but don’t worry about redundancy; i won’t be writing every issue naman esp when pinoyexpats goes thematic.

Sister, ang galing-galing ng article mo! Sensya na at di ako maka-comment agad dahil ako’y toxic na toxic these past few days (linstok na blogging article, hindi ko inakalang mangangamote ako!). I love the humor and the very thoughtful insights. Hala, uwi ulit ng Pinas at GT tayo
