Bea's been to the dentist and while everything is fine eh yoko rin sya to have too much sweets pero w/ the holidays coming, don't know how we can stop her although since she's older it's easier to tell her to avoid sweets a bit so she doesn't ruin the teeth (nakikinig sya sa dental nurse nila sa school). you can give jan stuff like crayons, papers, paints, etc :) hi ruthie. dito rin, they have like a countdown at the beginning of dec and they mark each day by eating lollies (may 24-day lollie calendar dito).
