I just flew cebu pacific last week and went through terminal 3. sofar ok naman. though sa pre dep walang atm but there were enough food shops and there was even a national bkstore shop. No falling ceiling naman and adequate ang lighting.. no delays in the terminal's services so i guess you dont need to worry. ;) Hi ruth.
